In this episode, we sat down with author, licensed therapist, and CEO, Sasha Jackson. In 2020, she started her private practice where she helped women recover from unhealthy relationship patterns, and ultimately led her to develop the E.M.P.O.W.E.R. method. Now, as a mindset coach, she helps her clients recognize and heal from burnout, as well as come up with measures to prevent it from reoccurring.
Sasha went into the detail of her coaching style designed to help individuals move from a place of self-doubt and despair to a place of confidence and hopefulness. She touched on identifying stressors in one’s environment, staying true to oneself, and taking risks.
